Datenschutzerklärung für die App „Clipnado“

Diese App erhebt keine personenbezogenen Daten. Es gibt kein Konto, keine Anmeldung, keinen eigenen Server und keine Analysewerkzeuge. Alles, was die App speichert, bleibt auf deinem Gerät.

Ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät, nirgends sonst:

• die von dir heruntergeladenen Video-, Bild- und Audiodateien
• eine Liste dieser Dateien mit Name, Größe, Laufzeit, Urheber des Beitrags und Zeitpunkt
• ein Verlauf der von dir eingegebenen Links
• deine Einstellungen

Diese Daten verlassen dein Gerät nicht. Sie werden nicht an den Entwickler und nicht an Dritte übertragen. Wenn du die App deinstallierst, werden die Liste, der Verlauf und die Einstellungen gelöscht. Dateien, die du in die Galerie gespeichert hast, bleiben erhalten, weil sie dann dem Gerät gehören und nicht mehr der App.

1. 1Zu Instagram, X oder Facebook. Wenn du einen Link eingibst, ruft die App die zugehörige öffentliche Seite dieser Plattform ab, um zu erfahren, welche Datei dahinter liegt. Dabei gilt die Datenschutzerklärung der jeweiligen Plattform, unter anderem können diese deine IP-Adresse verarbeiten. Es werden keine Zugangsdaten verwendet und keine Anmeldung durchgeführt.
2. 2Zum Inhalte-Server der Plattform. Die Datei selbst wird direkt von dort geladen.
3. 3Zu einem Notfall-Dienst, nur bei Bedarf und abschaltbar. Antwortet X nicht, kann die App die Beitragsnummer an einen öffentlichen Spiegel-Dienst senden (api.fxtwitter.com), um die Videoadresse zu erfahren. Dabei verlässt die Beitragsnummer dein Gerät. Diese Möglichkeit lässt sich in den Einstellungen unter „Notfall-Dienst erlauben“ vollständig abschalten. Für Instagram gibt es keinen solchen Dienst.
4. 4Zu einer Wartungsdatei, ausschließlich im Fehlerfall. Instagram kann seinen Abruf jederzeit umstellen. Damit die App dann nicht bis zu einem Update unbrauchbar bleibt, liegt unter vollautomatisierungssysteme.de/clipnado.json eine kleine Textdatei mit den aktuellen technischen Angaben. Die App liest sie nur dann, wenn ein Instagram-Abruf fehlgeschlagen ist, und höchstens alle 15 Minuten. Dabei wird die Datei lediglich abgerufen, es werden keine Daten übermittelt: kein Link, keine Kennung, keine Angaben zu dir oder deinem Gerät. Wie bei jedem Abruf einer Webseite entsteht dabei technisch bedingt ein Server-Protokolleintrag mit deiner IP-Adresse. Im normalen Betrieb, also solange alles funktioniert, findet dieser Abruf nie statt.

Es gibt keinen Server des Entwicklers, über den Downloads laufen. Kein Video und keine Datei wird über eine eigene Infrastruktur geleitet. Die einzige Verbindung zum Entwickler ist die unter Punkt 4 beschriebene Wartungsdatei im Fehlerfall.

• keine Werbung, keine Werbe-Kennung, kein Werbenetzwerk
• keine Analyse, keine Absturzberichte an Dritte, keine Nutzungsstatistik
• kein Zugriff auf Kontakte, Standort, Kamera oder Mikrofon
• keine Verarbeitung von Passwörtern oder Zugangsdaten irgendeiner Plattform
• keine Weitergabe oder Verkauf von Daten

Verweigerst du den Galerie-Zugriff, funktioniert die App weiter. Die Dateien liegen dann nur im Ordner der App.

Die App überträgt keine personenbezogenen Daten an den Entwickler. Die einzige Ausnahme ist der unter Punkt 4 beschriebene, technisch bedingte Server-Protokolleintrag mit IP-Adresse im Fehlerfall. Solche Protokolle wertet der Entwickler nicht aus und führt sie mit nichts zusammen. Dir stehen die Rechte der DSGVO auf Auskunft, Berichtigung und Löschung zu; wende dich dafür an die oben genannte Kontaktadresse. Alles Übrige liegt in deiner Hand: über die Mediathek der App und über die Einstellungen deines Geräts.

Die App ruft nur öffentlich zugängliche Inhalte ab. Für die Verwendung heruntergeladener Inhalte bist du verantwortlich. Speichere nur, was dir gehört oder wofür du eine Erlaubnis hast.

Instagram und Facebook sind Marken von Meta Platforms, Inc. X ist eine Marke der X Corp. Diese App steht in keiner Verbindung zu diesen Unternehmen und wird von ihnen nicht unterstützt.

Ändert sich etwas an der Datenverarbeitung, wird diese Erklärung angepasst und das Datum oben aktualisiert.

This app collects no personal data. There is no account, no login, no server of our own and no analytics. Everything the app stores stays on your device.

On your device only, nowhere else:

• the video, image and audio files you downloaded
• a list of those files with name, size, duration, the post author and the time
• a history of the links you entered
• your settings

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to the developer or to any third party. Uninstalling the app deletes the list, the history and the settings. Files you saved into your gallery remain, because at that point they belong to the device and no longer to the app.

1. 1To Instagram, X or Facebook. When you enter a link, the app requests the corresponding public page of that platform to find out which file is behind it. The privacy policy of that platform applies; among other things they may process your IP address. No credentials are used and no login is performed.
2. 2To the platform’s content server. The file itself is downloaded directly from there.
3. 3To a fallback service, only when needed and switchable off. If X does not respond, the app can send the post number to a public mirror service (api.fxtwitter.com) to obtain the video address. In that case the post number leaves your device. You can turn this off completely in the settings under “Allow fallback service”. There is no such service for Instagram.
4. 4To a maintenance file, exclusively in case of an error. Instagram can change its interface at any time. So that the app does not stay unusable until an update arrives, a small text file with the current technical parameters is hosted at vollautomatisierungssysteme.de/clipnado.json. The app reads it only after an Instagram request has failed, and at most every 15 minutes. The file is merely fetched, no data is transmitted: no link, no identifier, nothing about you or your device. As with any web request, a server log entry containing your IP address is created for technical reasons. In normal operation, that is as long as everything works, this request never happens.

There is no developer server that downloads pass through. No video and no file is routed through our own infrastructure. The only connection to the developer is the maintenance file described in point 4, and only in case of an error.

• no ads, no advertising identifier, no ad network
• no analytics, no third party crash reporting, no usage statistics
• no access to contacts, location, camera or microphone
• no processing of passwords or credentials of any platform
• no sharing or selling of data

If you deny gallery access the app keeps working. Files are then kept in the app folder only.

The app transmits no personal data to the developer. The only exception is the technically caused server log entry containing your IP address described in point 4, in case of an error. The developer does not evaluate such logs and does not combine them with anything else. You have the GDPR rights of access, rectification and erasure; use the contact address above for that. Everything else is in your hands, through the app’s library and through your device settings.

The app only accesses publicly available content. You are responsible for how you use downloaded content. Only save what you own or have permission to use.
